The Compassion Closet
A ministry of Steilacoom Community Church, the Compassion Closet is a FREE clothing closet for those in need.
Hours of Operation
Running alongside the “We Love Steilacoom” Food Pantry the Compassion Closet is open on Saturdays from 9:30am to 11:30am.

Donations
We accept clothes of all sizes, outerwear, shoes, and accessories.
The clothing we give away must be gently used or new, clean, and free of stains, missing buttons or broken zippers.
We do not accept used undergarments.
We accept donations Monday-Thursday between 9am and 3pm in the church office. We ask that you do not leave donations outside the doors as exposure to the elements may ruin the items. If we have stepped away, please come back at another time to drop off your donations.
We are thankful for the generosity of our beautiful community!
Tax Receipts
We do not offer tax receipts due to the fact that we do not have volunteers on hand to sort and estimate the value of your donated items throughout the week. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
